Leonard Street

As part of our ongoing product development we have recently launched a new style of cantilevered stair comprising post tensioned white concrete treads, normally supplied with stainless steel or structural glass balustrading. The Leonard Street project utilised stainless steel rigging wires to create a crisp and clean design complimenting the solid appearance of the treads and landings. The treads had inset maple tread nosings.

The system can be supported by a reinforced concrete wall or a steel substructure concealed within finishes of a masonry structure, and is suitable for both residential and commercial applications.

BABRAHAM CAMPUS

Spiral have recently completed two spectacular external helical staircases for Babraham Science Park near Cambridge, working with Kier Construction and Archial Architects.
