Retallack Resort - Cornwall

Spiral UK have just completed three spiral stairs for the first surf pods to be built at Retallack Resort in Cornwall.

Retallack is home to the Flowrider, the UK's first indoor simulated wave machine which is becoming a mecca for surfers from all over the country both to practise and when sea conditions are not suitable.

The steel spiral stairs were specially designed to give full compliance with Part M of Building Regulations, therefore creating disabled access to the upper levels of the surf pods. this created attractive stairs that fitted well with the overall design of the modern buildings set within a very natural environment

BABRAHAM CAMPUS

Spiral have recently completed two spectacular external helical staircases for Babraham Science Park near Cambridge, working with Kier Construction and Archial Architects.
