The outstanding property enjoys beautiful natural light through tower windows and Spiral UK rose to the architect’s challenge to maximise this feature.

Spiral UK created a bespoke helical staircase to the main entrance, spiral stairs leading to the swimming pool (which has a lifting floor) and an attractive balustrade in the pool area and to the external balconies.

Main Entrance Helical Stair

The main stair to the property is a bespoke luxury helical stair leading off from the entrance lobby and designed to capture the light from the tower windows. The bespoke staircase makes a stunning statement feature and is the ultimate in luxury staircase design. The steel treads and risers were clad in stone, with, curved glass balustrade and a leather clad handrail, this bespoke staircase is a masterpiece.
