ADT Workplace contracted Spiral UK to design a modern spiral staircase for the entrance lobby of Allegro Exchange Square – new build development of rental apartments in Birmingham. The office stairs needed to reflect the Allegro branding and fit seamlessly with the style and colours of the office fit out design.
We manufacture all our spiral staircases in the UK. Our design, manufacture and installation process is done in house and for this project was completed to a very tight schedule. Which is common for this type of fit out project and something in which we have a lot of experience.

Large office staircase
This bespoke spiral staircase is very large. The treads are over a metre and a half wide with luxury vinyl flooring applied to match the staircase colour.
We spray painted this office stairs on site to ensure a perfect finish and a colour that matched the Allegro branding. The mild steel handrail makes an effective contrast. The finished look is a smart, high end commercial interior design.
