LeSoCo 6th Form College, London

LeSoCo College required an eye-catching red helical staircase.

This staircase is to be their feature piece in the atrium of the 6th Form College at their Waterloo Campus in London.

Spanning over three floors the helical staircase design had seven intermediate landings and was made from mild steel with a striking red finish to the stringers and balustrade reflecting the school’s brand.

Lescoco college helical staircase case study scaled

Spiral UK worked with Handrail Creations on this project, who manufactured and installed continuous oak handrails to the helical staircase giving them a soft contrast to the striking red steel of the stair balustrade.
